Refunds
Due to the nature of our Personal Training services, all payments for personal training (individual, couple, group or online) are non-refundable.
Payment Options
Clients have the option to Pay As You Go for sessions or purchase one of our Training Packages.
For Pay As You Go sessions, payments are collected 1 week in advance on a weekly basis, or 2 weeks in advance for fortnightly sessions. The payments are ongoing until you cease training.
Online Group Fitness Classes are also charged on a Pay As You Go basis.
For our Training Package sessions, payments are collected 1 week in advance on a weekly basis for the determined period of commitment.
The payment method for all payments is via Direct Debit.
If you have an upcoming holiday, please notify your Fitt Lab Personal Trainer so payments will be stopped while you are away, and resume once you're back.

Inability To Attend Training Sessions
If you are unable to attend a face to face personal training session for any reason, you must notify the Fitt Lab Personal Trainer no later than 24 hours prior to the booked session. The session will then be rescheduled to another suitable day and time, at no additional cost.
If the Fitt Lab Personal Trainer is notified in less than 24 hours*, or if you do not show up to your personal training session at all, this is considered a late cancellation which results in a forfeited paid session.
If you are unable to attend one of our Online Group Fitness Classes via zoom, unfortunately the session cannot be rescheduled and you will forfeit the payment for the session.
*Please note that under special circumstances, the Fitt Lab Personal Trainer may consider rescheduling a late cancellation session.
