My approach to fitness is that exercise should be fun, and how you get fit should be sustainable so that it becomes a lifestyle rather than a chore. This is the best way you can maintain an optimal level of fitness. I'll incorporate the type of training that you find most enjoyable into your personalised training program, but be prepared to step out of your comfort zone too. Don't think you find exercise enjoyable? Well, you just haven't trained with me yet!

I also believe in overall wellness and dedicate myself to improving your physical health and mental health. Being (and staying) fit is just as much about taking care of yourself on the inside as it is about the physical side of exercise.

Mobile Personal Training Sessions

I offer 1 on 1 personal training sessions, 2 people personal training, group personal training, online group fitness classes and corporate group fitness.

All my clients receive personalised training programs and in-depth coaching.

Personal Training sessions run for 45 minutes or 60 minutes (client's choice).

As a Mobile Personal Trainer, I travel to my clients and sessions are held at a suitable outdoor location or at the client's place of residence in an appropriate space. Alternatively, clients are welcome to come to our Fitt Lab Studio located in Ermington. The location will be discussed and set at time of booking.

Based on your specific fitness goals, I utilise training styles such as Boxing, Kickboxing, HIIT, weight loss, strength and conditioning as well as functional training and mobility.

To keep you moving and motivated outside of our personal training sessions, you have exclusive access to our Fitt Lab app. Here you'll find your personalised training program so you can work out at home too. I'll also be monitoring your progress through the app, and there is a live chat function available if you need my help.

Additionally, I guide you through your nutrition so that you get the most out of your training, and see noticeable results sooner.

All Personal Training Clients receive:
