Hi, I'm Anthony - head Personal Trainer and Owner of Fitt Lab.
I started my career in fitness over 12 years ago, combining my love for all different types of fitness training with my desire to help others - and have continued to love what I do each year.
For about a decade, I was training corporate individuals in Sydney CBD out of the busiest gyms in Sydney such as Fitness First (Park St, George St), Goodlife Health and Fitness Martin Place, and Anytime Fitness Martin Place. During this time, I have also had the pleasure of training corporations such as Macquarie Bank, OMD, Goodman Group and Airtasker, just to name a few.
When Covid hit, I felt it was crucial to pivot my business model so that I could still reach and service not only my current clients but also those in need of better health (physical and mental), especially during lockdown. I'm now a Mobile Personal Trainer, travelling to individual clients and training clients out of our Fitt Lab Studio in Ermington. I also offer online group fitness classes which incorporate on-demand workouts (via our Fitt Lab app) with live virtual group training every Monday and Friday mornings at 7am (free trial available here).
Throughout my career, I have helped hundreds of people with weight loss, strength training, functional mobility, boxing and kickboxing technique as well as keeping them accountable and staying FITT. It makes me happy when my clients see visible results, reach their goals and become healthier (physically and mentally). Fitness is so much more than just aesthetics. It's about living a healthy lifestyle so that you can enjoy life to its fullest.
Fun Fact - FITT is not just a play on words. It's a training principle that I work by and stands for:
Frequency (how often you work out), Intensity (how hard you work out), Time (how long you work out) and Type (of training).
