What is the Move Better Feel Better Challenge?

Fitt Lab's 90 Day Challenge is an Online Training Program like no other! Specially designed by our experienced fitness coach, Anthony.
Goal: To help you achieve a healthier and stronger body as well as a more positive mindset - transforming your overall fitness and wellbeing.
The program includes:
- A variety of Live Virtual Group Classes and on-demand workouts accessible through the Fitt Lab app. Classes and workouts run for 30 minutes and range from sculpting your Glutes and Abs, to Hard-Core workouts to High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).
- The challenge is broken down into 3 phases (1 phase per month). Each phase introduces a fresh cycle of exercises that are slightly more advanced than the previous phase.
- Two nutrition packs (92 recipes) created by a certified Nutritionist.
- Being part of a supportive network with other participants to help you along your fitness journey.

- Our Fitt Lab app allows you to track your progress and set daily reminders for healthy habits and self care.

- Our growing community of members will encourage, motivate and keep you accountable to complete the challenge and achieve your goals.
